Starting with version 2.0, PRO was enhanced to allow the user to insert previously saved play-by-play video files (*.ASF;*.avi;*.mpg;*.mpeg;*.wmv) into our database. This is a huge advantage for those Coaches that are use to braking down films with other products. If you are already breaking down film and cutting up film play-by-play, then you must already have the hardware to complete this process...therefore, you do not need to purchase additional hardware!
If you intend to use our product to breakdown external video (video files not stored on your computer)...You MUST have the hardware in order for our software to work. Meaning, if you want to capture video from a VCR or other external device, you need to CONNECT that device to your PC. Once it is connected, then our software will capture the Video. To connect your external video device to your PC, you need to have a connecter. WE ONLY RECOMMEND DAZZLE. There are multiple versions of the DAZZLE, and the only version that has been tested and found to work is the DVD Recorder...which is often recognized with RED Packaging as the picture is shown on our diagram.
We can provide the Dazzle product, but obviously we will need to charge you for the device, shipping, and handling. In other words, WE WILL WORK WITH YOU. If you need assistance in getting any hardware (the connector or even a laptop) just ask. We can even provide you with a turn key system if that is what you want.
These are minimal hardware requirements to run the VIDEO CAPTURING:
- External Video Capturing Connecter...device that will connect your CamCorder, VCR, or other Video Playing Device to your Personal Computer (PC).
- There are several Video Capturing Connecters that you can choose from. We recommend you purchase and use Dazzle: You can find them really cheap, ranging from $25 to over $100. To record on DVD, Dazzle even has a very nice user interface that we recommend. Or, you can get the version that does not record DVD and save some money.

- Do a search on google for VCR VHS to PC and you will come up with a host of other hardware devices. Many of these will work with our product, but some will not. The only one we will garauntee is Dazzle
- AGAIN, WE ONLY RECOMMEND DAZZLE. Their product is HERE.
- Video Playing Device (i.e., VCR, etc...)
- Same list as assigned to the data entry section below, BUT to INCLUDE the items above...
These are minimal hardware requirements to run the DATA ENTRY:
- IBM base PC or laptop
- Intel® Celeron ® Processor (1.60GHz) ... Celeron is typically your lower end processors--cheap, but efficient.
- 10mb for application only ... you need additional storage for media files, and the size of storage will depend on how many films you break down.
- 1GB2 Dual Channel DDR2 SDRAM at 667MHz - 2DIMMs
Software Requirements:
- MS Windows 95(or higher).
- Windows Media Player - Most systems have this. If you do not, it is a FREE download. HERE. If this link is not good, simply google "windows media player download".
- Direct9X - We provide this within our download, just in case you do not have it installed.
- Microsoft IE 5.0 or higher.
